Madison Nicole Fashion Return Policy

At Madison Nicole Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at madisonnicolefashions@yahoo.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please get in touch.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at madisonnicolefashions@yahoo.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
